Happy New Year people!!! Yeah so, it’s not the first day of the year but I learnt it’s never too late to say Happy New Year to someone.
So its work season, all the fun and vacation is over, no more bikinis and short sexy dresses or thigh high slits, its back to the suits and ties. The Grind.
But no one likes old fashioned cliché outfits, its 2017 and no one’s slacking this year. It’s only right we spice things up a bit and I’m talking Lace and Suede.
These two materials are barely worn by workers in the office, and I don’t recall them ever being banned.
Lace is a really fun material to play with. They are super comfortable and come in variety of colours. You can actually have your lace outfit sown into your very own style, as the material can be found in the market. You can mix up colours if you please and trust me you would be the most talked about. One of the reasons I love it is cause of it makes me feel like I’ve got a tattoo.
Suede is sweet cause it looks like any normal material, but it feels absolutely different. It’s actually quite a fascinating material to use for an outfit. It adds a bit of extra to not just your outfit but your style. When people find out what you have on is suede they would be sure to envy you.
So here you have it, the best way to slay your first day/ any other day at work.
